Embark on a thrilling exploration of imagination and storytelling with my five-week virtual creative writing class designed specifically for kids aged 7-12! Every Saturday, join me for an engaging and interactive one hour session where budding writers will unleash their creativity, hone their writing skills, and embark on literary adventures.

Creative writing isn't just about crafting stories; it's a powerful tool for developing crucial skills that children can carry with them throughout their lives. Through creative writing, kids can enhance their communication skills, cultivate their imagination, boost their confidence, and nurture a love for language and storytelling. Additionally, it fosters critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and empathy as they explore diverse characters and perspectives.

Each session of my virtual creative writing class will be a dynamic mix of learning, exploration, and fun! Led by Bonnie, an experienced instructor who is passionate about nurturing young writers, participants will delve into various aspects of storytelling, including character development, setting creation, plot structure, and descriptive writing.

With a maximum of 8 kids per class, my small group setting ensures that each child receives personalized attention and support. Small group sessions foster collaboration, allowing children to share ideas, provide feedback, and learn from their peers. Through interactive activities, writing prompts, and group discussions, kids will build confidence in expressing their unique voices and ideas.
